"Today was a stressful day for a few of us dealing with a few problems. Something that should've been simple, quick & easy turned into a big headache. Between the DMV saying well unless the insurance office does this or that or the state does whatever then we can't just let u get ur sticker. The insurance office was trying there best to help fix this situation. When 1 person couldn't figure it out she asked a coworker for some help. So now there's 2 people helping & still nothing getting figured out. Multiple trips I had 2 make back & forth between the insurance office & the DMV. At least everything was in the same town & not 2 far away really. Ended up with a 3rd person working on helping fix this situation. Just when she thought everything was gonna work. She got error messages & not knowing what was the reason she & they all kept trying. Eventually she said I will keep trying & when I get it figured out I will call you. I said ok. So I left & went home. I don't know how long it was maybe another half hour or so my phone rings. The 3rd lady at the insurance office was calling 2 tell me she got everything fixed, paperwork printed out & now I can go back 2 the DMV & get the 1 thing I needed a sticker for my other vehicle.
I had been gone from my house working on going back & forth between these places & by time I went home it was 2 ½ hours later then at least another half hour until State Farm said I have it fixed & I said Thank You So much I will b right there. I got there. Walked n & even though she already had another customer she held out the paperwork & said 2 me everything was good & taken care of & I was soo happy & thankful. Went 2 DMV & got that sticker I needed 4 my other vehicle.
State Farm Insurance all 3 Ladies didn't have 2 help each other try 2 help me on figuring out how to fix a situation But they did. They took there time. They were calm. They was polite & respectful. They knew I was feeling stressed from it all & they did what they could 2 not add anymore stress 2 me. Instead of making me sit there & wait for however long it took to get things fixed they said hey I will keep working on this & I will call you when I get it done. I said ok. They didn't have 2 do that. They could've made me wait. Luckily they did there job & helped me & of course helped each other which u don't see n alot of places. I noticed it here today. I hope they see my review & know how thankful & appreciative I am of everything they did 4 me today. Thank You State Farm Insurance office n Gibson City, Illinois for helping me take care of a situation & figuring everything out & 2 watch you all help each other when 1 couldn't figure it out she asked 4 help.
If anyone needs Insurance I recommend coming to this office. It may take multiple people 2 figure things out & possibly some time 2 do so but they will do there best & it will get taken care of. So if u need insurance come see State Farm employees n the Gibson City Illinois office.
